How do I use your Send & Mend service?

Important Information: Not all repairs are viable and therefore it is important that we make an initial assessment before we proceed. Please email the following information to repairs@showerdoc.com

1) The make & model of your shower or pump
2) Description of the fault
3) Photographs of the item if possible
(can alternatively be messaged to: 07939482046)

If you do not know the make & model then a few pictures of the shower or pump will be essential so that we can identify it.

On receipt of the above information we will send you a Job Reference Number.

Once you have received your Job Reference Number from us it's easy, just package up your shower/pump and send it to:

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend you send the Parcel by Royal Mail Special Delivery so that it is tracked and also insured for loss or damage. You can find more information about it here. Alternatively, we can arrange for the shower to be collected for £8.95
